I contacted Life Time Ponds with a problem I had with my pond. I was finding dead fish every two to three days. I spoke to Leroy who then came down to try to resolve the problem. After inspecting the pond, we came to the decision a full clean of the pond was required.
Leroy came down a few days later and carried out a full clean of the pond. The clean was carried taking care of the fish and finished of with a total clean of the area. My fish are now well and I have a happy pond. Brilliant job Leroy. I would have no hesitation in referring his services.
I am so pleased I came across this company, I only wish I had sooner! Leroy has transformed our pond! He has fitted a new liner, repaired a previous leak on an existing window as well as fitting a new one... installed a new pump and uv.
I recommend his services 100% nothing is too much for him, he also provided temporary pool and filter whilst the work was being carried out. His work is very professional and we will only use his services from now on in the future.

After being let down by a local koi retailer for help, Leroy and the team soon set to work on the issues I had with my pond, the finished pond is truly amazing. The after service we have received from the team is utterly superb.
